File upload not working

Open scoghlan opened this issue 9 months ago • 7 comments

I am trying to upload fastq files to run the pipeline but it is only letting me select one file at a time (where I can normally ctrl+click up to 40), and it's not giving me the option to actually upload the file and run the pipeline.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but would you be pleased to clear your browser cache (within https://mitofish.aori.u-tokyo.ac.jp only), and reload the page again?

The reason is that some static javascript files were not loaded correctly, but the web browser always tried to load the wrongly cached version.

I tried this and it didn't work. I have tried on multiple browsers and multiple devices and all are having the same issue. I will post an image of what is happening at the file upload stage. It is only giving me the "Next" button, no upload button, and I'm also not getting any options pop up for db selection either.

Thank you for providing these screenshots. Let me check the system carefully and fix them as soon as possible.

The issue appears to be linked to excessive resource usage on the server and is only activated with specific data that our pipeline cannot adequately manage. Unfortunately, we currently lack the test data necessary for confirmation.

Please try to run it again, and we will keep in monitoring any comparable occurrences.

I am having this same issue, it's been several days, page refreshes, trying different computers and have not been able to get my files to upload.

@CSmith423 Apologies for the inconvenience. However, I am unable to reproduce the issue as everything is working well on my computer. Could you please try testing using your browser's private mode? This mode does not use cached data, which may simplify the testing process.
