throwing error when we edit and save the twbx file containing both live and extract connections.

if we edit and save the twbx file having only extract connections working fine. but when we edit and save twbx file having both live and extract types of connections, calculated fields are missing in in live connection data sources. hence throwing an error saying: calculated fields doesn't exist.
