Option for multiple downloads e.g. batch file?

I was wondering if there was a way to download files in a less tedious way i.e. specify in a file which files to download?

If not, you could please implement a way like: megacmd get ~/Downloads/batch.txt? It would certainly make my life easier. Thanks!
