How did you move the folder? I tried moving the Documents folder to D: and that removed the one on C: causing no issues for OpenSCAD.
Could you try the latest dev-snapshot from http://www.openscad.org/downloads.html#snapshots ? There seem to be some fixes in the boost library that could be related to this...
