weights of HRF

Hi!, I have been trying to segment the vessels of the HRF network but I cannot find the weights of the network, is it possible that you provide them to me? Another question, to segment, did they occupy only the photos of diabetic retinopathy or the complete set?

Hi, You can download the pre-trained model (weights) for the HRF dataset using the hyperlink provided in 'Testing a Model' https://github.com/syshin1014/VGN. We've used all three subsets, namely healthy, diabetic retinopathy, and glaucomatous, for our experiment. You can find the relevant description from our paper.
