feat: enable custom SpellCheckByPage path

Our standard for API naming is to use kebab case and the SpellCheckByPage API is the only service API preventing us from using kebab case everywhere. This PR enables a custom API path for SpellCheckByPage. Sorry, I was going to add unit tests for it but I couldn't get the unit tests working. If you have a tip I would love to hear it. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to help get this feature included. Thanks!
