add child button in create toolbar

once #44 is done, we could provide a workflow button "Add page" in the header to add a child document (typically to a page) that would work even if the child collection is not displayed.

• select from available types
• check if needs a menu entry
• ask for url fragment / url

is there any idea when or if this will be done? we are currently experimenting in a project how this could be done. we would like to have a add smth button creaating a phpcr document with parent linked to the current page...

i am not aware of anybody working on expanding collection support. would be awesome if you want pick this up ;-) but it involves digging into createphp and then the bundle. i am happy to help you find your way through the code, but don't have time to actually implement it.
