I think that this is the first direct cherry-pick from the Apptainer documentation, so we need to consider the LICENSE changes required / implications.

I will look at that soon - for now let's leave this PR open.

I think I'm going to rewrite the subsection here, with a bit more information, having read through the rest of the page.
