Discuss upskill roadmap

Now that we have a roadmap for our skills and where everyone wants to improve, it's be great to discuss them and check for training and how we could work on those "focus" skills.

Discussion result:

• Use internal ressources for training: e.g. if someone on the team is skilled on a topic, they can teach the rest of the team to increase their levels. When the maximum level is reached by the whole team, then it would make sense to look for external training
• For some topics (e.g. Security), it could make sense to find ressources outside of our team but still within Post
• Prioritize training based on the lowest average levels of the team
• If anyone knows of ressources for any of the topics, feel free to add them to the excel file
