Add icon to the design system

Describe the solution you'd like We are using the home service icon (2204) for quite some time now as svg but it is still not included in the design system. Can you please add it? Thanks

We just noticed that our token update workflow has an issue (https://github.com/swisspost/design-system/issues/3629). Most likely, fixing this issue will add the requested icon into the set, because it's on the experience hub.

I checked in Censhare and found that some Channels had changed... imade adjustments and hope it will appear now after the next sync...
