Wildcard Callout should be main text

Noticed that the section "Using wildcards for accessing multiple files at once" starts with a callout about wildcards. If we want learners to be able to do those exercises, they will need the contents of that callout so it should be main text instead of a callout.

Think it would be good to include running the wildcards as with ls too instead of giving examples as written
