I want to work on the Tic Tac Toe game in which I want to improve it's UI so that the user enjoys and has a nice game experience.

Describe your enhancement/improvement

The Tic Tac Toe Game is very popular game which is played by people mainly children in free time. But in this game the opening screen of the has not that much nice background which will make it boring for the user also when the game over the screen that appears for play again is also with white background which needs improvement and the game box size should be increased little more . All these changes will definitely make the game's UI nice and dashing.
