Title: Addition of Expense Tracker application

I would like to add an Expense Tracker to this project Which will be an easy to use app to track their expenses and categorize them based on their usage.

Describe the solution you'd like.

It would include:-

• Categories to categorize different expenses
• Local Storage functionality
• Date feature
• Expense editing
• Budget settings, etc.
• Clean minimal UI
• Error handling
• Responsive design
• Color coding

Describe alternatives you've considered.

This would allow users to track their expenses.

@swapnilsparsh Can you please assign me this issue under GSSoC'24. I would love to work on this addition and it would be really great to work on this.
