This is a simple documentation change.

Zellij-autolock is not required to achieve a fully seamless workflow with no collision. It can be done within Neovim with only a few more autocommands. There is no need to suggest a third-party tool IMO.

English is not my native language, so feel free to rephrase if you speak it better than I do. :)
