handleFetch on Client side.

Describe the problem

if i want to add Basic auth Header for the Client Side, i need to add everywhere the header. But i want to add that header only once in the HandleFetch Hook. but this is actually only for server side possible.

Describe the proposed solution

handleFetch client side version / as Shared hook.
