rc4: the issue persists

Pages appear at different positions when they're focused for the first and subsequent times. When some of them are focused for the first time, the Add Question button from the previous page appears on top. If you try to focus a page again, the page title appears on top instead (the expected behavior). Please refer to the following demo and screencast.
