What is the current behavior?

There is a block which helps in navigation between questions. If survey contains more than 20+ questions, it's question navigation won't work properly, e.g user would like to get to the 52 question:

1. User opens dropdown with questions list;
2. User types question name into search bar;
3. He found it in the questions list and click it;
4. The browser viewport scrolls to question 46, so the user will have to scroll down several times to find their question 52.

What is the expected behavior?

After user clicked on the question he'd like to find, the browser viewport should scroll down to the proper question
