[FEATURE] - Chinese layout is very ugly

Hi, wanna feedback some visual issues on different languals. I hope your guys take a look on hopefully resolve it.

Here is a render result:

As you can see, there are several issues:

1. Number list the index didn't perfectly aligned with Chinese characters after it;
2. the quote style how to customize it?
3. the todo items, didn't follow the markdown syntax, which can auto trigger with - [ ]
