Not working for my Dell U2414h and Dell U2718Q

I tried both compiling from source and the given binary, neither of them worked for me. Those displays are connected via minidp to dp cables and the system I'm using is macOS High Sierra.

The version on this branch works for my U2718Q display just fine... I am running macOS Mojave on MacBook Pro 2017 and the display is connected with a Thunderbolt to DP cable.
