This PR provides a restructured view of the README.

However, more changes are needed:

  • [ ] The links to Key Features are all broken.
  • [ ] Need to reconsider the features (e.g modularity is not there)
  • [ ] We are current on v0.3, but the video is for v0.2 and the future roadmap for v0.3 (it should be for v0.4)
