Storage docs and examples

A month ago I started using Supabase Storage with Python and I was really lost without good docs and examples to work with and I got frustaded. But I managed to figure out stuff and now I would like to help people who are lost as I was.

I would like to create a new PR (branch name: update-storage-docs) with some examples for Storage with Python and maybe even try to improve the README in that area. Please feel free to add suggestions and things that you would like to see.

We could also get examples from the Javascript and only change the syntax.

This should be fixed as Python is now officially supported, if you see any missing docs, please open an issue for it.
