  • Please tell us about yourself (include an email address): Salaam, I'm Arif Ullah, email address [email protected]

  • Your purpose in using this API: I'm developing a dashboard application for myself which will display prayer times, I would like to display a random Hadith on it too.

  • API rate limits:

    • Maximum requests per second:
    • Maximum requests per day: I'd like to display a random Hadith every 10 minutes approximately, so it would be on average 150 requests per day

  • Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access? Since I'm not sure of the size of the snapshot data, this is difficult for me to answer. I intend to use a Raspberry Pi to run the application so storage is limited, it may be better to have API access.

  • What are the languages in which would you like hadith data? English

  • What programming language will your API client be in? JavaScript
