For tpu, there is already an open issue (#1).

For abs, i am not too sure if you can print abs without modification to the printer. Afaik it requires hotter hotend temperatures than 240c that require an all metal hotend.

ABS is nor supported by the ENDER 3 V3 SE

I've been using the V3 SE for printing ABS with no problem

@TheHerno out of curiosity, at what hotend/bed temp?

Going past 240c without printer modification is really not advisable unless you want the factory ptfe tube to release toxic fumes

I use the default Cura settings: 230c and 80c and it has been working fine
