Cut/Copy/Paste hotkeys are disabled in the open dialog

Description of the bug

Cut/Copy/Paste is not available in the open dialog(File -> Open...).

Steps to reproduce

1. Start TS
2. Click "File", "Open..."
3. Press "Cmd + Shift + G" to open macOS's "Go To Folder..." panel
4. Try to cut/copy/paste file path "Cmd + X/C/V"

Expected behavior

It's possible to cut/copy/paste text in the open dialog

Actual behavior

Cut/Copy/Paste is disabled

I can't reproduce this on macOS 12.7.4 with 4169. Does it happen in safe mode?

@BenjaminSchaaf, same issue in the safe mode. I checked on 2 more devices with different macOS versions: macOS 14.5 - bug macOS 12.6.5 - no issue

I believe that you couldn't reproduce the issue because of macOS version.

No. Only Sublime Text and only in the open dialog. Save dialog is ok.
