`Goto Anything` freezes program upon guess previewing a large file (.skp)

Summary

Goto Anything feature freezes the program trying screen shot 2017-07-26 at 00 34 58 to display an overly large file, in my case a .skp

Expected behavior

A small part of the file to be displayed, and sublime to stop processing. ...

Actual behavior

A small part of the file can be seen, and sublime continues processing indefinitely. ...

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Goto Anything
  2. Start typing something similar to name of large file
  3. Freeze

Environment

  • Operating system and version:
    • Mac OS X 10.11.2
  • Monitor:
    • Resolution 1200 x 800
    • dpi_scale used in ST ...
  • Sublime Text:
    • Build 3126

Yeah, option to disable the preview would be enough.

Would anyone having this issue be able to share a file that causes ST to freeze?

I've been unable to reproduce any freezing in build 4168 with multiple >5MB files.
