List of recent projects is lost when all sublime windows are closed
When I open sublime list of recent projects is empty, I open some project (either from Project menu or from command line) - and it's added to the list of recent projects (Project -> Open recent), I open another one and now they're both in list of recent projects, but when I close both windows and open sublime again list of recent projects is empty again.

It is similar but it's not the same. Even it's not clearly specified I assume that issue is relatet to "File -> Open recent" list and this one is related "Project -> Open recent". I didn't try "File -> open recent list" and I curently don't have acess to PC on which I have a problem so I can try
Oops, I accidentally closed issue and posted unfinished comment, anyway I think that both issues may be caused by the same thing and I will write about "File -> open recent" as soon as I try it on that PC.
The situation is strange with "File -> open recent". It doesn't work too but the list is not empty when I close sublime and open it again, that are few files from /etc/* folder and few from /home/user/*, and when I clear the list and restart sublime, those same files are there again, and any other files, opened (and closed, because they appear in recent file list only after they're closed) during the last run are not there.
Same thing happens for me (ST4 build 4099), except that with no windows open, the 'recent files' list shows 3 or 4 old files which I haven't worked on for a while; as soon as any single window is open, even a new blank one, then the 'recent files' list lists the set of recent files I'd expect.
I don't see any issues with regards to recent projects or files on Windows. May this issue be related with ST continuing to run in background without any window open on some OSs?
I'm on build 4126 and it doesn't remember my recently opened files. I've had this problem through multiple builds over the years. I'm on MacOS. In fact I'm opening/editing/saving/closing files right now and Subl is remembering none of them.
