Per repository editor options

Problem description

I am currently working on projects using different languages and frameworks, which makes it necessary to use different editors per project. For 1 I need to use Visual Studio, and for another a specific eclipse version. Currently when I open to the editor from sublime merge, I must use 1 editor for my whole system.

Preferred solution

I would like to be able to set an editor per local repository, with a system default. So when reviewing changes on my visual studio project I can open straight into visual studio, for other projects eclipse, and for others into visual studio code.
