If user explicitly chooses Sublime Text.app as the Editor, files don't open

Description

If an unsuspecting user explicitly picks /Applications/Sublime Text.app as the Editor, the Open in Editor... functionality no longer works. Sublime Text opens, but with no file.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Settings -> Preferences -> Editor
  2. Click ...
  3. Navigate to /Applications and choose Sublime Text.app

Expected behavior

Files open in Sublime Text when I use Open in Editor...

Action behavior

Sublime Text opens, but with an empty workspace.
