Sublime Merge crashes silently at startup after upgrade

Version info

• OS: Windows 10 Enterprise
• Build: Sublime Merge build 2091 (no crash in build 2083, not investigated in-between versions)

Description

Starting Sublime Merge after upgrade to build 2091 results in a silent crash. The crash happens when starting Sublime from the installed version, or using the portable version. I have tried to re-install Sublime Merge, and it still happens. No window is appearing, and a minidump file for the crash is generated.

I'm getting a very similar crash that has started in build 2091 (and still occurs in build 2096).

sublime_merge.exe.16392.dmp.zip

One interesting thing to add is that if I repeatedly try to relaunch the program (~10 times), it'll eventually manage to launch successfully.
