Problem description

There is no way to add description into the commit message. Single line subjects are just not enough.

Preferred solution

Can you please make it single line by default and adding new lines on ctrl+enter.

Thanks for reaching out!

I'm not sure I quite understand the issue you're describing. We currently support multi-line commit messages. You can add multiple lines by pressing the enter key. Could you clarify if you're describing a different issue?

Would you mind also filling in the following sections from the bug report template:

  • Build: [e.g. 1062 - type "About" in the command palette]
