Remember Untracked Files toggle state

Problem description

The Untracked Files always starts closed if there were previously no Untracked Files. Ideally the state of this toggle would be saved so that when new Untracked Files are detected they're automatically visible.

Preferred solution

Remember the state of the Untracked Files toggle. So when new Untracked Files are detected it is automatically open/closed depending on the state it was when there were last Untracked Files.

Would love this too! So annoying when adding new files. Always looks like they are not there until you realize they're collapsed
