User Name and Password Fields not found.

There's a large number of webpages where you don't find the username or password field and there is no way to tell your app where it is - so it is broken everytime you visit.

Steps to reproduce - current behaviour

Try: https://esavings.shawbrook.co.uk or: https://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/home#/ for example.

What is the expected behaviour

It just works like ChromeIPass does.
