Add sysfs file to force application to rewrite LED state

The SYSEX code Bitwig is looking for to do this is: f000210915004d5000014601f7 The details of usage can be found in: /opt/bitwig-studio/resources/controllers/nativeinstruments/Maschine JAM/MachineJam.control.js

This feature would be useful so that it can be invoked at the end of the setup script to cause the DAW to re-write its LED state to the board. Currently, if the mapping script is called while Bitwig is up, the DAW will not update the LEDs to match the DAWs internal state, and the user will have to toggle the controller in the Bitwig settings.
