Use http://handlebarsjs.com/ for template blocks

with this we can make new html pages with this blocks? for example external link block or?

I would like to introduce this so we can get rid of all the lines of JS code, inserting text and creating html tags based on the api responses.

This would reduce the lines of JS code, this is specifically related to the external links.
