Feature request: Create Users, User can request shows/movies, admin can accept/deny request

This is not something that can be done easily. This would require a complete re-restructure of the api usage. Some kind of queue should be used so an admin can approve things.

I could add user management if there was enough interest for it. However its will be for simple things like adding user that can do everything except shutdown server and access settings. In that case the user will be redirected to a login page to login as a admin.https://github.com/styxit/HTPC-Manager/issues/186
