Forever loading on some versions of create-typescript-app

After #1066, https://packagephobia.com/result?p=create-typescript-app no longer crashes - but some of its versions never load.

A couple examples:

I'm hesitant to exhaustively try more, as I'm worried about accidentally overloading the service 😅. But it's a great one and I'd really love to be able to see package history over time.

The problem is that these packages take longer than 30 seconds to install so it times out mid streaming.
