Make moving of overlapped elements easier

Description

If an element is overlapped by group or deploymentNode of elements, it is very hard to find out where it is and to move it into the right position.

One possible way to fix it is to toggle transparency and then to select elements with multiple clicks (each click will select a different layer).

Moving the groups rather than single elements would also help.

Priority

Low (I have no budget and there's no rush, please add this feature for free)
