Requirements import from hazard analysis

Safety requirements are the result of the result of safety process. There are several method to do this. In the aeronautic industry one of this process i called Failure Hazard Analysis (FHA). The result of this process are requirements which the system needs to fulfill. Typically this process is done using an Excel sheet. A good description of the process can be found https://miningquiz.com/pdf/Drone_Safety/Safety-Risk-Assessment-for-UAV-Operation-Rev.-1.1.compressed.pdf here. This is also of relevance in order to comply to the aeronautic safety process standard ARP4764A which will be required by the new SORA regulation for UAVs. It would be a good thing to enable the import of safety requirements from a FHA excel template based on the reference given above. Develop example FHA template (either based on excel or based as an extension of the strictdoc grammar) Develop import function in strict doc
