UI: Order of document tree elements

Document tree on the index shows folders first, then files. But in the document view - vice versa - first files, then folders (there is no obvious recursion, but in fact the order of output is reversed).

1. We should think about it, how convenient it is.

2. And one more thing: Document Test 5 (on the document screen on the left) is displayed OUTSIDE its directory, the directory is displayed as empty?
