Simplify UX for custom grammar definition

After playing with it a bit I got a feeling that the user onboarding could go smoother if there would be no need to define the defaults - the software could have a default grammar and as a user you would simply "override or extend". This would make it a bit easier IMHO to get started with grammar customizations.
