Noob noobie user not able to install

I get the above error message when trying to include the noobie library Am I doing something wrong? I noticed I needed to install some lua libraries?, but I've no clue as to what they are, would be very helpful if someone could help me get this to work, thank you.

it must have clearly mentioned the dependency on luajson or whatever it depends, otherwise we can't keep it broken in our doc (https://awesomewm.org/recipes/)
