Victim details not appearing

I'm honestly not sure if it's related to BeeF-Over-Wan but details (such as OS, browser,etc) about the victim over the internet does not appear on my BeeF control panel. Works fine on LAN for me but trying it on my phone or another PC on the internet does not show the details.
