Closing this as redundant with existing OneNote capabilities.
As far as I can determine, the ms-photos app does not take a command line parameter. I'm not sure what OneMore can do here, unless someone else has a suggestion.
_Available in next release_: In Image Settings, leave blank to use system default viewer, or enter path to a custom viewer, .e.g., "mspaint" to use MSPaint or any other path.
