_Note to self_ - difficulty is in differentiating between heading paragraph and content paragraphs. Could look for paragraphs that are capitalized using Title Casing. This also works for single-word paragraphs....

I don't believe this can only consider indentations. If you have this ``` Level 1 Heading Level 2 Heading A Some text Level 2 Heading B Some more text ```...

Perhaps a more general "Remove broken links"
