Hi @IanBingWu. Sorry you've come across this. To help debug, would it be possible to Export the page as a *.one file and attach it here?

Android.one.log @stevencohn hi, GitHub doesn't allow .one upload, so I add .log to the .one file extension. No need to be sorry, I am very happy to contribute to this project by finding this issue. OneMore really makes OneNote so much better. 👍

It worked for me without a problem. I tried it by setting OneNote default language to both English and then Chinese so it's not language specific.

Is there anything else you could possibly tell me about your setup. The problem is that I don't see any errors in your log file.

@stevencohn hi, I tried with my personal PC, it also won't reproduce this issue. Here's the OS version of the issue PC

Edition	Windows 11 Enterprise
Version	24H2
Installed on	‎03/‎19/‎2025
OS build	26100.4349
Experience	Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.107.0

I also tried online repair of the O365, still show the same error. I attached the wer file of OneNote, hope it helps someway. Is there anything specific I can provide to help troubleshoot? Report - Copy.wer.log

So it's just one machine that has the error? I'm not sure how I can debug this

stevencohn avatar Jun 14 '25 11:06 stevencohn

@stevencohn hi, not sure what caused the issue. However, the issue now cannot reproduce. Every function works fine now.
