Problem to Solve

• Title with just character &
• Title with anywhere & in the title text

RESULT => Headings not shown & exception on F5 refresh

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. A page with just the title with one character: &
2. Open Navigator
3. BUG-1: No headings are shown in Navigator
4. BUG-2: Refresh headings from page (55) => Exception "EntityName" error

Expected Behavior

Headings shown and refreshed.

Environment (if applicable)

• OneNote 16.0.18025.20160
• OneMore 6.5.2
