Navigator - Opens not at current monitor of OneNote window, if multiple monitors used

Problem to Solve

Navigator window doesn't open "first time/initial" at current monitor of OneNote window, if multiple monitors used.

To Reproduce

Have setup with 3 monitors

• For 2 monitors it is not opening "first time/initial" at correct monitor of OneNote window
• For 3rd monitor, of course luckily, it is correct opened

Expected Behavior

Open navigator window "first time/initial" at monitor where OneNote is opened. Maybe add setting for Navigator to open top-left or top-right as default (left and right-handedness)

MOTIVATION: Nearly everybody has two or more monitors nowadays => Opening on false monitor happens VERY often! :-)
