THE FINE PRINT This is a hobby project that I started for myself. I'm happy to take requests and will promise to consider each one carefully but offer no guarantees that I will ultimately agree to their usefulness or have time to implement any of them. If OneNote offers a "close enough" work-around then I will probably reject the request - you've been warned!

OneMore has an Insert Date function, bound to the key sequence Ctrl+Shift+D, that inserts a date of the form YYYY-MM-DD. You can use that to preface the name of your pages
There is also the OneMore Ctrl+Shift+Alt+D sequence that inserts the date and time: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM am
And then there are the OneNote sequences Alt+Shift+D (5/24/2024) and Alt+Shift+F (5/24/2024 9:30 AM )

The specific functions are: When clicking on a specific date within the existing calendar function, it should allow me to add a diary entry for that date. Additionally, it should automatically create a section group for the corresponding year in the "Diary" notebook, and within that section group, automatically add a section for the corresponding date
