installation failed

Hello! I have a problem with installing. I chose 64 version since my system is 64bit. Yet OneMore doesn't show in the OneNote (already installed). When trying to fin through the installation wizard I am given this message image

and the following file to which it leads me OneMoreSetup.log (I'm sorry, it might contain a few words in russian, but I decided showing you the original file would be better)

Could you please explain me what's wrong, and how can I install OneMore?

Looks like the installer keeps failing due to some configuration or permission issues on your system. Without direct access, I'm not sure how to repro or fix this
