How to input the region in region.bed file if it lies between 2 chromosomes?

Hi, Thank you for your work on the automator, it is really helpful! While giving the regions that we want to focus on in the regions.bed file, how can we give regions that fall between 2 chromosomes; lets say from 5794234 in chr 3 to 20910230 in chr 8?
